March 2013--McLean, VA. In February, Circle's staff ensured that dozens of members of our community had just the right thing to wear in spite of the financial hardships they faced. Circle's employees gave in a big way, coordinating a joint clothing drive to benefit Dress for Success and Career Gear (organizations that collect professional clothing and accessories for men and women working to achieve self sufficiency), One Warm Coat (a program that works to provide a winter coat for every local student in need), and Diva Central (a nonprofit that collects and provides prom dresses and accessories to teenage girls who cannot afford to buy them).

March 2013--McLean, VA. As is our tradition each year at the holidays, Circle holds an employee raffle to raise funds for a community charity that means a lot to us. In December 2012, we chose Jill's House, a facility that provides a safe, structured, nurturing environment for special-needs children--primarily those with intellectual disabilities--to spend some time while their parents get some urgently needed rest and recovery time. Jill's House is an organization that is very dear to the heart of Circle's Executive Vice President, Charlie Derbyshire, who explains, "I have a friend whose son has autism. He told me that Jill's House is the best thing that has happened to his son and the family."
